The accommodation had a very central location close to everything within the old town. And it was also close enough to sightseeing and restaurants, and Croatia...
Some people working there were kind of rude.

Right in the middle of the old town in a lovely old building, small walk from the main Cathedral and the sea front. From the bus station you can pick up a town map from information center on corner and then find the place not too difficult. Friendly owners and nice room with shared facilities but hot water.
It's an old building so there is no AC and it can get a little hot in summer months.

The room was big and location was perfect. Near to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. When we came, the host met us and was friendly. Moreover, we parked nearby.

Absolutely close the all the sights worth seeing. Nice embroidered bed linen, crispy clean, shutters kept out the heat, felt like a day-trip back to the Middle Ages.
Shared bathroom, room absolutely basic, no tv (the set was there, but no signal, the owner told me I could always watch tv at home, why would I want to watch it in Sibenik?! Well, I wanted to watch Croatian tv in Sibenik which I cannot get where I live...).

The room 2+1 was spacious, clean, and recently renovated. It had very nice view of the old cathedral and the location of the pension was great -- inside the old town walls. It was a bit more expensive than the other similar rooms in Dalmatia for the level and quality, but in Sibenik seems not to be much accommodation at all. So, it was great; the hosts certainly compensate this with a great sympathy and welcoming spirit.

It's central location in the heart of the old town of Sibenik.
Limited instructions on how to find hotel, and also no sign on the outside. However, this will be arranged very soon, according to owner. I wish there would have been a water kettle in the room.
